What are the shipping times and costs?
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order within 3-6 working days of order acceptance. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on national holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped on the first working day following the one in which the payment is made. Always choose an address where someone can pick up. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, please also indicate the name of the contact person. Shipping costs vary according to the type of shipment and destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout. With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.

How can I check the status of my delivery?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time on the courier's website. If you are a Registered User, you can track the shipment directly from the "My orders" section.
What happens if the courier delivers the goods while I'm not at home?
Two delivery attempts will be made, after which the order will be sent back to our warehouses.
