How can I return a purchased product?
From the delivery of your order you have 14 days to return the goods for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty. The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way, inside its original packaging and with all its tags and accessories. You can make the return by following the following procedure:
Send a message to the e-mail address:email@example.com with the return request, the order number and a brief reason (recommended).
Following your message, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, followed by instructions to book the collection of the goods.
Can I change the size or color?
Of course! If the size or color you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can make a free replacement return. We remind you that to make the return with exchange you will have to follow a slightly different procedure from the normal return:
Send a message to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org with the return request for replacement, the order number, indicate the items you want to replace and specify the reason for the replacement (size, color, etc ... ).
Following your message, we will check the stock of the items to be replaced and, if available, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return for replacement, followed by instructions to book the collection of the goods.
Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, we will check the conformity of the product and, if successful, we will proceed with the shipment of the new items.
How soon will I receive a refund for the returned goods?
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the quality control department will check the integrity of the items. This verification may take 3-5 business days after delivery. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement. Unless otherwise notified, the re-credit method will follow the method used for payment and in the same currency. You will be able to view the credit within approximately one week of requesting a refund, depending on the time required by the banking procedures. In the event that the quality control office verifies conditions of non-integrity of the goods sold, the right of withdrawal lapses and the purchased product will be returned to the customer by charging him the shipping costs and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
How many times can I return or exchange a product?
You can return or exchange the products as many times as you want within 14 days. The return of the goods purchased for the first time is always free, while from the second replacement onwards you will be charged the cost of shipping.
